Working From ‘Home’

Working from home is not new to me, but this time round, it has shed some amazing light in my Christian journey. Let me explain:

Jesus Christ came to earth and stayed a while before dying and resurrecting to save it. Why so? He wanted to demonstrate to us how we should live. This is what He had to say, “I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by Himself. He does only what He sees the Father doing. Whatever the Father does, the Son does.”John 5:19. Isn’t this a perfect example of ‘Working From Home?’ He left heaven and came to earth, but could only do what He saw being done in heaven. He was coming from heaven, thus heaven is His home. Jesus Christ worked from ‘home’ while on earth.

Before leaving earth, He said, “Occupy/Engage in business, until I come.”Luke 19:13. If Christ, who was 100% man and 100% God while on earth, still needed to consult heaven before making a move, how much more we CHRISTians? We’ve got to knock on heaven’s door. God gave us an assignment and Christ demonstrated how we’re to go about fulfilling it. We’ve got to go back ‘home’ and work from there.

Again, we know that, “Our business/citizenship is in heaven and from there we look for the Life Giver, our Lord, Jesus Christ”Philippians 3:20. This means that we cannot achieve any results here on earth, if we do not consult heaven. We’ve got to stay ‘home’.

And how are we supposed to do this? First and foremost, we need to be aware of our positioning. “For He raised us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with Him in heaven because we’re united with Christ Jesus!”Ephesians 2:6. Once we accept Christ, We’re with God 24/7. We’re ‘home’.

Our Father says, “Come now, let us reason together. Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.”Isaiah 1:18. God has an open door policy (open heavens) in His relationship with us. “So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.”Hebrews 4:16. Nothing can separate us from the Love of God. Romans 8:35-39. Hallelujah! We’re home to stay! Praise the Lord!

Dear friends, our need for God will keep growing more and more as this world keeps getting closer to the end. We can not afford to live a natural life anymore. The supernatural should be our new normal. We’ve got to work from home (heaven), now than ever before. That’s the only answer to these problems that we’re facing. “Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”Matthew 6:10. There’s got to be a difference between we (the church/bride of Christ) and the world. It’s time for Maneno na Matendo (faith and action). We’re in this world for a time such as this – Esther 4:14. The home we’re supposed to be working from has no fear and uncertainty. The home we’re supposed to be working from has all the solutions. Heaven is our home. Let us work from home.

Are you yet to call heaven your home? I invite you to say this simple prayer: Dear God, I come to You in the Name of Jesus. I admit that I am not right with You, and I want to be right with You. I ask You to forgive me of all my sins. The Bible says if I confess with my mouth that “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead, I will be saved (Romans 10:9). I believe with my heart and I confess with my mouth that Jesus is the Lord and Savior of my life. Now I surrender. Thank You for saving me!
In Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen.

FATHER-SON RELATIONSHIP

🔥ANCIENT WORDS DEVOTION🔥
Thursday, May 31, 2018

Good Morning🙂

📜Luke 1:37 “For with God nothing shall be impossible.”

📜Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

🔗 We’re only able to enjoy a limitless life when we’re linked to God since He is the only One who is all knowing. “Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth Does not become weary or tired His understanding is inscrutable.” Isaiah 40:28

👑 God governs heaven and He has graced us to govern earth. “The heavens are the LORD’s, but the earth He has given to the human race.” Psalm 115:16. The only way to be effective in governing earth is by inquiring from the Maker of heaven and earth, and that’s why we pray like this, “Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” Matthew 6:10

✅For us to enjoy continuous success, we simply need to do what we see our Father in heaven do. “So Jesus explained, “I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by Himself. He does only what He sees the Father doing. Whatever the Father does, the Son also does.” John 5:19

🔥After you have become a son of God, don’t stop there. Daily commune with your Father and you will be surprised at the things you’re capable of achieving. #SupernaturalLife
