HOW GOD REMEMBERS US

🔥ANCIENT WORDS DEVOTION🔥

A Glorious New Month To You! 🙂

📜Nehemiah 13:14 “Remember me, O my God, concerning this, and do not wipe out my good deeds that I have done for the house of my God and for His service.”

📜Nehemiah 13:22b “…For this also remember me, O my God, and have compassion on me according to the greatness of Your lovingkindness.”

📜Nehemiah 13:31b “…Remember me, O my God, for good.”

🛠Year after year we have followed the teachings in the Bible; doing good, serving in church, observing the Sabbath, giving, praying, fasting, etc. None of this has gone wasted. “So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for the Lord is ever useless.” 1 Corinthians 15:58

🤔We therefore need to know why we do the things we do. “Whatever you do, do it from the heart, as something done for the Lord and not for people.” Colossians 3:23

🏰 When we do good, we establish the Kingdom of God and when the Kingdom of God is established, our issues are sorted. “Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and He will give you everything you need.” Matthew 6:33

🕕Half of the year is almost done. Do not feel as though it’s gone wasted. Every effort counts. Commit everything to God. (1 Peter 5:7 “Casting all your cares on Him, because He cares about you.”)

Game Shot!

Via Spike.

My dad used to love darts with a passion! He’d take us with him to the canteen where there’d be tournaments and most of the times he used to win. I never got to learn the rules of the game, but I loved it when the referee would shout, ‘Game Shot!’ right after dad has thrown a missile. He’d run to us and throw us in the air with so much excitement!

In like manner, when our Heavenly Father spikes you with His glory, there’s a sharp increase in the magnitude of your ability to fulfill your Kingdom assignment. You are able to walk in His will without having to guess.

  • Luke 4 18The poor are delivered!
  • Everything you do is spot on!
  • The brokenhearted are healed!
  • The captives are delivered!
  • The blind begin to see!

Draw near to God and learn the rules of the game. There is a missile called the Word of God (Jesus Christ) and a Referee called the Holy Spirit. The board stands for this world. This missile needs to be as sharp as possible so that it can penetrate the board, rather than fall on the ground. At the same time, the referee will let you know when the time is right for you to throw.

Sharpen the arrows, fill the quivers! The LORD has aroused the spirit of the kings of the Medes, Because His purpose is against Babylon to destroy it; For it is the vengeance of the LORD, vengeance for His temple. – Jeremiah 51:11

Now go ahead and take a step of faith and throw your missiles! I hope I have demystified this wonderful journey we are in. Enjoy every assignment the Lord has for you because the end of it is already known: ‘Game Shot!’ He will pick you up and flood you with blessings and you will receive your reward – 1 Cor 3:8
